The hotel was located short walk to restaurants, cocktail bars as well as commercial center of Toowoomba. The staff was sincere and well-mannered, I stayed for 2 nights. Its location close to good cafes near railway station was excellent and great. It was close to Classio Restaurant, where you can have lunch. The vibe here was family.

The hotel was clean, the staff were amicable and sincere. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private entrance. Also, location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Empire Theatre Toowoomba. Everything was simply nice.
